4. Hot Water with LEMON
Every morning, I prepare a cup of hot water with a fresh slice of lemon. Lemon juice flushes out toxins and boosts your immune system.
It’s also great for the skin!
5. Something That BRINGS YOU JOY
While sipping on my lemon water, I like to do something that makes me feel good. Even if it’s just 10 minutes. Reading, podcast, face massage, taking a walk, anything that brings you joy.
