Your cheek acne may be caused by bacteria.

Change your pillowcases every 3-5 days. 

Sleep on one side of the pillow each night or so. Then change and wash. We like our clean skin to be on a fresh pillow!

Since I made this switch, I don’t break out as much on my cheeks anymore—dirty pillowcases can cause some serious pimples.
