  • Put on a skincare mask
  • Do gratitude prompt or journaling

 

PREP (55 min)

  • Lay out workout clothes for morning
  • Update planner 
  • Set alarms
  • Spray linens with a heavenly scent
  • No phone for 30 min before bed
  • Go to sleep on time
