How To: Energy Boosting Breakfast Smoothie
A sweet, refreshing smoothie always starts my day in an energy boosting way. Here’s the recipe for the tropical smoothie I made this morning —
1/2 cup pineapple juice
10 ice cubes (skip if your fruit is frozen)
1/2 large banana
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup mango
1 orange peeled
1/2 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional but adds essential vitamins and minerals)
